My water heater broke and needed to be replaced immediately. I called over 40 businesses and nobody could respond, finally got to Element and they had availability for the same day. The woman that answered the phone was very kind and helpful, and got me scheduled right away. The man who did the labor was courteous, arrived quickly, and made sure the job was done right. They gave me competitive pricing, and even when the job went beyond the normal installation, they still did not gouge me. The payment process is flawless and Element is one of the few plumbing services around that offer ls ApplePay on invoices. (it is the most secure way to pay). I spent hours calling places today. This company was by far the BEST throughout the QCA! Instead of providing me just an hourly price & service fee, the woman who answered asked questions to see if it was something they could do or find parts for. I was called back with options to fix or replace. It was my choice with no pressure. Cost for both was provided upfront. Same day fast service with no additional fee & the installer was just as amazing as the two I talked to hours prior! I don't typically do reviews but I am extremely happy with the work & price!!!
