Mad city window and bath is and has a remarkable warranty. They also have amazing customer service when you finally get to meet the sales person. These Surpass the big window stores and make up for it for being used a little guy.

First estimate of bathroom. Spent over 2 hours before giving estimate then offered financing with high interest rates and no discounts. When we turned him down stating we couldn’t buy now he left our home without leaving estimate or pamphlets for us to consider in the future. Second time, we got estimates on kitchen. Again, we stated we would think about it. Company called a few days later wanting to visit us in person for a brief visit with a special offer. We accepted and scheduled. The company called me every day on Memorial Day weekend including Memorial Day to confirm appointment. Then, the day of the appointment they called 30 minutes before our appointment to cancel and reschedule. We suggested the next day and they weren’t available. So we didn’t reschedule and they lost our business. I couldn’t believe they disrespected our time by calling daily during a holiday weekend frequently to ask us to confirm only to call us to cancel right before the appointment after we rearranged o

My new windows look spectacular. The brand new window that was installed in the living room brings so much light into the house. I love it. They had everything done in three days. Thank you Mad City for such a wonderfu job.
