I had a sponge stuck in a drain line that was causing all kinds of trouble. Tanner showed up with his drain machine and camera and with the precision of a surgeon retrieved it. He hit all the bases - friendly, efficient, skilled and most important did not make fun of me for getting a sponge stuck in my drain :). Much appreciated! Service: Drain cleaning
Kirsten had to come out twice because our problem turned out to be bigger than we anticipated and I was so glad when I found out she was going to be the one to help us a second time. She was honest and seemed very knowledgeable, and she wanted us to get the best value for our money while making sure we were setup as well as possible. Her customer service was stellar as well!
