We had a roof completely rebuilt down to the framework a year or two ago. Great men of integrity, cleaned up daily, always courteous! We had a small issue with our gutter guards & Jody came back immediately at no charge & corrected it, after all this time!!! Wow! I am so happy I went with this company! Some background: I first had a storm damage my roof at the end of June. I originally called another place because I had heard of them. It started good, but my insurance would cover only the front half even though they acknowledged damage to the back; the original roofer did not help me prove I needed the back done. They stood me up a couple times and missed some significant damage to the decking. I also asked multiple times to get a written quote to compare, and never received one. So then I called Peterson. I was contacted shortly after by Mark. He was very helpful! He had a written quote sent to me the next day! He found further damage that allowed me to get the full roof covered. He was willing to take text or calls after hours and on weekends. After a long battle with insurance, I got the claim complete. I just got the work done, but they did it quickly with minimal inconvenience to me. They cleaned up very well for a messy roofing job.

Never respond or show up. Took 6 months to get a rain gutter replace. Waiting to get an inspection done for Hail damage. Very disappointed. Will not contact them again or refer them.
