Could get any help and was disrespected on multiple occasions from their workers. Also, some of their "journeyman" didn't have their license to even be called that. Just enough experience and jerry rigging to do it. Not professional at all

Yesterday were having electrical problems. We called Shaw electric on short notice needed someone to stop by that day with an emergency. They sent over Toby and his apprentice. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Staying around to make sure the problem was solved by MidAmerican Energy. We really appreciated the extra effort and time they put into helping us restore our power..Toby and his apprentice deserve a raise ????. Don't forget that the customers are always right ????
