Juan was the technician that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Juan was able to walk me through the steps he was performing which made it easier for me to understand the problems I was having with my HVAC. Also very prompt, they gave me a window so I could take off work and Juan came during that time. Above all, Juan was very courteous throughout the interaction, even when he was working outside in 90F weather. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Called at 8:30 and Rick showed up an hour later. Diagnosed and replaced bad capacitor and got my AC working. Prompt and courteous service! Highly recommended.
My AC wasn't keeping up in the high heat. He came and blew out all the dirt, leaves, etc. that was inside my unit on the outside. It's working just fine now!! Connect Services was assigned to me thru my home warranty. I would highly recommend them!
