Gallon Plumbing

Lori and Maddie were fantastic! Our original plumber said he couldn't put our toilet and sink back (after new floors put in) the same day because it required 2 people and would take an hour. I called Gallon Plumbing and Lori was super helpful in getting us in the same day and kept me informed throughout until Maddie arrived. Maddie did the job by herself (lifting a big toilet placed in the tub) in just 30 minutes. She was super friendly and was wonderful to my dogs and cats. Great experience!

Called Gallon Plumbing about a month ago for a leaking washer turn off valve. I was able to talk to someone in the office right away and was called back within an hour with a time frame of when they would be there that same day. Maddie, the plumber, explained upfront how Gallon bills. They charge by the job, not by the hour and she gave me 3 options for the repair work that needed to be done. Everything was explained to me, upfront, in detail, so there were surprises. The valves were corroded and needed to be replaced and some of the drywall needed to be removed to access and check the pipes. Maddie was very professional and was at my home for several hours. I would rate their response to my call a 5 star and Maddie a 5 star plus. I do think their prices are a little high and would rate that part a 4.

This morning I woke up to a loud sound followed by what sounded like gallons of water poring down the inside of my wall. Maddie showed up 1st thing in the morning and did a wonderful job! Hopefully I don’t have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I would request her again. She’s pleasant, Professional and is very skilled at what she does.
