Kati was my initial point of contact to get my roof inspected she was fantastic and friendly, Kati got me turned over to Robbie who inspected and advised on my roof in an extremely timely manner. My whole roof needed replaced and I was provided an array of shingles and a description of what classification of shingles entailed along with plenty of colors to make my roof stand out. The crew that did the installation was nice ( I had not woken up to leave for work yet and they already had everything in my narrow driveway and immediately pulled back out so I could leave for work.) When I got home they were just finishing up. I inspected my yard the next morning and it was beyond clean, while I was walking around Jason stopped by to inspect the work and yard himself. He pointed out that there were a couple of things that needed fixed I believe he said the caps were not the right color, the next day they were fixed with no hassle! We had a terrible storm in Waterloo, IA June, 2023. Total Exteriors, LLC was in the neighborhood assisting homeowners dealing with the damage. The first question I asked was are you based in Iowa and the response was yes. Chad and his crew evaluated the damage and provided a detailed report on the damages and the next steps moving forward. Having gone through storms damage in the past, all kinds of contractors are trying to get you to commit to them based on the fact you are overwhelmed by the process and just want your roof fixed.
