515 Mechanical

I feel scammed after using 515 mechical. I contacted them when my heater wouldn't work and the outside temp was in the 40's. Did some over the phone troubleshooting and came to an agreement that the blower fan was bad but decided not to send someone out due to parts store being closed. Called them again the next day thinking they'd have access to the part now and they agreed to send someone out. It turned out they decided to send a plumber with a pressure switch, a part that we had agreed was not the issue, and the plumber came to the same conclusion in 10 minutes. The plumber then made some phone calls and took the model number from my furnace then left saying that the owner would contact me with options to repair and replace. The plumber left after for 45 minutes and charged me $234 and the entire time he was working he was trying to convince me that my only real option would be to replace. 515 Mechanical does a nice job! Small enough company that you get to work with the owner, get good pricing and quality, yet large enough to handle your project.
