Dave and Joe are awesome people to work with! We had a large home renovation completed which included new kitchen, new bath, dining, flooring, paint, new windows. They were professional, on time, always kept me informed of progress, easy to text Dave and he responds quickly, they picked up the work area each day, took extra time and care not to disrupt the rest of the home that was not being remodeled. We were extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of work done by Nichols Construction, Inc. in the replacement of the original windows in our 1950's ranch. Dave Nichols, owner, was on site and working with his capable crew every day and was easy to talk with; answering numerous questions and providing advice.
