My first experience was horrible with them. Then Bill in the office reached out and try to assist with making my experience better. Thank you for that. Bob is a great worker and very pleasant.
It was 10:30 pm when I noticed my sink was filling up with sewage at my apartment. Went through my property management to get emergency maintenance, who called Smith's Sewer. They came out as soon as possible, and took care of an "uncommon" plumbing setup that was causing the issue. They worked well together, despite not working for the same company. Got everything unclogged and good to go, despite the late hour. Very friendly, highly recommended.
Smith's was very responsive when I called (not an answering service!) and was able to get out to my house the next day to clean out a blocked drain line from our kitchen. The service man was very polite, cleaned up after the job, and the price was VERY Fair. I would call Smith's in the future.
