In the past they had done a good job for any work I had needed. However, with a recent water leak in our main supply pipe I sent texts and called Dean, although he said they would be out to repair the leak, it's been over 2 weeks and no one from the company has returned my call or came out to do repairs. This is not the same company that I hired to install a dishwasher, water heater, and water softener. I do not recommend them. Customer service is not good.
Was quick to take her money to install a geothermal, but doesn’t know enough about them to come service it or handle problems. Never shows up on time never returns. Phone calls absolutely terrible all the way around. My recommendation is call someone else. Service: Heating system maintenance
They are easy to work with. Also easy to get them to come when we need them. They all seem knowledgeable on how to do the plumbing that needs to be done. Everyone's very nice.
