I've never had an experience so positively impactful. Our drain had clogged because of my toddlers' dinosaurs going down there. When Cody arrived, our boys were really interested in what he was doing and he let them safely help, explained what he was doing and answered their constant swing of questions. My oldest was very concerned about where his dino's went and if he'd get them back. After making a really positive impression on our kids (they wouldn't stop talking about helping and their dinosaurs being in the ground), Cody left for awhile and came back & rang the doorbell. I came out to a bag full of big dinosaurs that wouldn't go down the drain. Wow... it made me tear up. They are going to be so excited when they get home. Oh, and our drain works great now too! I always have such great experiences with all of the folks at Warnick & Reeves, but this was above and beyond. Thank you, Cody! Service: Drain cleaning

Update. 03/17 - the owner called to own up and discuss how it went and listened to my feedback. Highly respect this and the candid conversation. That is how good leaders operate. Bad luck of the draw I suppose. They were hired to come out and fix a gas leak(small one) through our gas providers home warranty program - Homeserve - needless to say, would never hire this company for any other project. Apparently when the work is part of a warranty program, the goal is to rush through as fast as possible with no regard for personal property or anything else within the house. Broke the furnace, which if I hadn't noticed, would have stayed broken because they were bolting out the door. I suppose the leak is fixed, hell if I know, don't think they tested anything before leaving. Not impressed at all.

Thing is. If you're calling them you probably aren't having a good day. And sometimes what they find will be even worse news. I appreciated the empathy from the guys that see this every day. I appreciated that they were willing to explain things for us. They never made us feel backed into a corner. They even reminded us to get competing offers. From estimate to job complete in a matter of days. And during the week of Christmas. Thank you very much.
