Lenz offered a good selection of quality brands for our furnace and AC replacement. They were able to put us on their schedule for three days out, and had it all done in a day. The install looked very well done and they cleaned up the whole area before leaving. However, what impressed me the most about Lenz is that the owner himself came to give us our quotes and offer any and all discounts he could think of. Then, he returned after the installation to address any concerns and questions I had. Lenz went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with their service. And I must say that we are. Freddie and Mason did a phenomenal job servicing our heating and cooling system. The outside temperature was in the 90’s and they worked efficiently and located the issue and got our cooling system up and running! We can’t thank them enough!! Last year, this company replaced my AC and Furnace. Though they faced some small hiccups, they persisted until the system was operational, they finished around 8pm. They demonstrated excellent customer service by following up before summer for a check and provided a free filter replacement. What stood out was their honesty in pricing, unlike my experience with Golden Rule, where the sales quote changed three times before decreasing by about 3K!!! when I compared prices with other companies....
