The 2 service guys were very pleasant to work with. Also they did a awesome job an cleaned up afterwards an during. They was done on Friday an then late Saturday night I noticed there was a leak with the condensation. I sent a text message late Saturday night an tried to explain the best I could. An less then 5 minutes I received a response back. They sent out a technician on Sunday morning to fix the issue. Now i call that great service.Awesome job guys. Lenz was able to squeeze us in quickly when AC wasn't working on a hot day. The tech was personable, professional, clearly explained the repairs needed and made the repair quickly. The staff are patient and friendly and have such a willingness to help. I like that they utilize technology and sent me ongoing text communication on when they would arrive to my home that included a photo of the Technician and they were on time.
