Lenz H&C installed my furnace and A/C 3 years ago and did a fantastic job; they're quick, clean, and professional. This year a capacitor went bad on the A/C, Josh showed up right at the scheduled time and had the problem diagnosed & repaired in no time at all. He stayed around, in the noon-time sun, just to make sure the unit cooled and continued to run smoothly. The follow-up phone call I got the next day from Bailey(?) to see if everything was working okay was very nice. Good job everyone, I highly recommend Lenz Heating & Cooling. Lenz Heating & Cooling came out and performed a complimentary service check on my air conditioner. The service technician Josh was prompt, courteous and explained all of the steps they would be taking. He also explained their results of their check, and answered all of my questions. Freddie and Mason did a phenomenal job servicing our heating and cooling system. The outside temperature was in the 90’s and they worked efficiently and located the issue and got our cooling system up and running! We can’t thank them enough!!
