Scott answered the first time I called and came out the very next day to take a look at some moisture happening on the walls due to the fluctuating temperatures. He inspected the roof and discovered an issue with the backing. He assured me the issue could wait to be fixed until next winter and did not charge me for his time. He was very nice and quick. A severe storm rolled through late last week and blew a few shingles off the roof. With another storm rolling through in a couple of days and no shingles on the roof, I was worried about further water damage. I emailed Advanced Building & Design on a Sunday morning and three hours later, Scott responded and was willing to come and replace the missing shingles. Scott is very professional, knowledgeable, did great work, and provided a very good price. He will be the first and only person I call for future work and I highly recommend him and his team.
