I have used this company for years. I asked them to fix a leak under my sink. They replaced some PVC and it cost me $425. I was sick to my stomach because I'm on a fixed income.

Absolutely the best plumbing service to work with in the Waterloo metro area. They are both ready and able to get any problem fixed asap, from a new water heater back in March to a leaky water line going to fridge last week. I received excellent customer service with both the office and also the two different plumbers sent out to rectify the problems. Cannot say enough good things about this company and will continue to use and recommend them to everyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks so much for having such a dedicated team!

I called and it went fine but the plumber didn’t know what my trouble code was and how to fix it. He thought it was one thing and to get a new part would cost $800 to fix! He also suggested a new $2600 replacement hot water heater. I did the fix myself after researching it in less than 2 minutes. They are very overpriced.
