Central Air was not working and couldn’t figure it out with basic troubleshooting. Free day came out looked things over and was able to diagnose it was a simple malfunctioning thermostat. He was able to install a new working one quickly and the cost was reasonable. Service: Thermostat installation
My Amana central air unit that Fereday installed was less than 18 months old and failed. I was then informed that the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" Amana advertises was actually one year and there was nothing Fereday was going to do about it. I'm very disappointed in Amana's quality and Fereday's customer service.
They installed our HVAC system originally in 2007. We have had very few issues. The two times that we needed emergency repair service, they responded the same day for the repairs. Very responsive and dependable. Highly recommended!
