McDonald Supply - Waterloo

I have called this place twice, two days in a row, Febr 6 and Febr 7 , 2023, I left messages, yet nobody ever contacted me! When I was able to speak with a person who answered the phone, she was evasive, vague, when asked if they are still in business! I was simply trying to make up an appt. to go and look at their kitchen faucets. Today, when I called again, she put me through the same person's voice mail to leave a message. I already did that and nobody ever called. If they don't have people who can give you useful information on the phone, if you cant make an appt. top see their products, if they only have "one " person in the show room, but they are too busy to assist you, what is the good? I wasted two days, making phone calls, leaving messages, not being able to get an appt, or get some information about their products , at least on the phone.
