When I called I asked specific questions if what I needed done could be done. The receptionist said she was sure they did that kind of thing. Boy was I surprised when the guy came out and informed me after a phone call from the boss that they didn’t do what I needed done. And to my surprise they charged me $129 for the trip for them to come out. What a rip off. I will never recommend or call Holt plumbing again!!

I give Holt 5 Stars ???? for the excellent service Trent provided us installing a new commode and two master bathroom faucets. He is personable with a great work ethic. Don't use these people. They "fixed" a drain for us in 2019 and it still leaked a week later. They came back to fix it because it wasn't tightened enough. Now it's leaking again, after we fixed the drywall. They also "fixed" a shower valve during the same visit. That also started leaking within a year but wasn't under warranty. The total cost for all of this was $731.32. I'll be calling another company now to fix the shower drain for a third time. Please don't use this company. Their prices and warranties are outrageous. A better alternative I've found is Herr plumbing. They are less expensive and their work is much higher quality. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing leak repair
