Fast service with very reasonable price for a problem we had with an A/C unit. There was no price gouging that a person can expect from many others. I didn't need to answer a bucket full of questions like "what is my email add., where did you hear about us" etc. etc. before I could set up an appt. I am so, so happy to have found Capital City Heating and Air! Not only do they do their jobs well, after dealing with all kinds of deceptive behavior from other HVAC companies over the past three years (primarily, high-pressure tactics to replace our entire system by telling us our furnace, A/C or both were on the brink of failure after performing service on them) this company's honesty is SO appreciated. Case in point: Today they did routine service on my A/C. The tech, Miguel, acknowledged that the machine is old, but told us it's in good shape, NO obvious signs of imminent failure -- in fact, in his estimation it could continue to run well for years to come. Not only that, he chatted with us a bit about repairs that could be done, should we experience a breakdown in future, which would be far less than a complete system replacement (basically giving us a picture of worthwhile repairs vs. ones that wouldn't really be worth the money, given the age of our system).
