We just wanted to share how happy we were to have called Cloverdale Plumbing after discovering a leak in our water heater. Matt and crew responded immediately replacing it with a brand new one. There was a small issue with the thermostat running way to hot so Cameron was sent out and replaced it with a new thermostat, testing it to make sure everything was working correctly and to our satisfaction. Cameron, Matt and crew were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Cloverdale Plumbing for hiring knowledgeable people and placing an emphasis on excellent customer service. I had a shower/tub that had quit bringing in hot water. I called and CP sent out a plumber by the name of Quinn. He did a great job informing me of what needed to be done and my options and his recommendations. He put in new shower handle cartridge for me and put everything back together nicely. Over the past couple years, I had heard radio advertisements about this company and how big they are on training and hiring people. I also worked in a field that served the public myself, and working through these last crazy few years of everyone being short handed, I appreciate good people and companies that invest in people. From the office staff, to the Plumbers in the field, They always have been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Cloverdale recently replaced our water heater. Nekoda arrived when he said he would, and was very thorough with the installation. He also educated me on proper maintenance so the new one will perform well for many years to come.
