Troy Cobb came to my home the same day I called and asked if he could troubleshoot why we had electricity in some areas of our house, but not others. He diagnosed the problem as a faculty outlet. He also found a three-way switch that was wired incorrectly and unsafe. He gave a complete explanation of what had occurred and why our outlets were "worn out" and wouldn't hold a plug-in.
