Express Plumbing Heating & Air

We had an emergency leak in our ceiling. Having only lived in Boise since last fall I did an internet search for a company and the reviews were good for Express. I called them and they answered right away. They schedule a service to arrive within 3 hours but they were able to come early and were at my house within 1 hour. Megan was our first tech and she was great. Took the time to research the issue. She explained everything that she was seeing and we moved forward with her recommendation. At a later point she brought in a senior technician, Matt, to verify her findings. They both worked for several hours trying to determine the exact issue before just jumping into thingd, and once again kept us up-to-date with all their findings. Express saved me. I had another company come in a look at my air conditioning unit, literally they opened the door looked at the unit and said they needed to order a part and didn’t know when it would get here. That was almost 2 months ago with no other communication from them except me calling. Then they told me the part that had only been replaced a year ago wouldn’t be under the 5 year warranty because my mom had owned the house at the time not me. So I called Express they arrived at my house close to 30-45 minutes later, really looked over my system inside and out and had it running like a top without having to replace any parts. My experience has been stellar with this company from the very first phone call where polite and friendly were the first priority from the lady that answered. I explained my situation and she scheduled a technician the next morning. Again, service tech showed up and immediately I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Todd was straight forward with the situation and gave me numerous options to pick as my choice to handle the job. After making my decision, a work order was scheduled for the next work day. That morning began right on time and by the end of the day my new AC system was installed. Absolutely the most professional and pleasant transaction I have had in years.
