We recently had our hot water heater go out so reached out to Express which was 6:30 p.m. just to see if they had a recording to let us know their business hours so we could contact them first thing in the morning. To our surprise they answered the phone and set up an appointment first thing the following morning. Daniel Marks was the technician that showed up. What a pleasure meeting him and his total professionalism. Down to earth and very knowledgeable. He gave us several options and made sure he kept us up to date on the progress of the install. Very happy with the service and quick response. Thank you
These guys were great! they came out same day. service call was on special and was actually way TOO cheap! I was fully expecting a big repair bill as our ac had stopped working. The Tech was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked the unit over and felt that the tune up service would do the trick. He performed the tune up service and our ac is back to working great! I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them!
My experience has been stellar with this company from the very first phone call where polite and friendly were the first priority from the lady that answered. I explained my situation and she scheduled a technician the next morning. Again, service tech showed up and immediately I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Todd was straight forward with the situation and gave me numerous options to pick as my choice to handle the job. After making my decision, a work order was scheduled for the next work day. That morning began right on time and by the end of the day my new AC system was installed. Absolutely the most professional and pleasant transaction I have had in years. Highly recommend this company as you won't be disappointed! Ron
