Beforehand I received a text with a picture and name of our tech. He arrived on time, performed a thorough check of our system and took care of the problem in a reasonable time. Home Heating & Air Conditioning understands that a company's longevity depends on taking care of issues honestly, quickly and at a fair price. The clincher for us happened during a spring checkup a year after installing the furnace and A/C units, they discovered shortcuts the original installer took (their former employee). Home Heating & Air, disclosed the problem to us and arranged, at our convenience to fix the shortcuts taken a year earlier. A less reputable company would not have admitted to the problem, nor would they have made repairs at their own expense, (no cost to us). Service: HVAC system repair
