Jeff came on time and was very personable to work with. He did a great job at explaining the problem with the planned fix and the quote was straightforward and easy to understand. We just moved to the area and we’re very impressed with the quality of work and that we have found our plumber for any future needs as well! Doug Shaw is a delightful and courteous young man. A new valve was needed for my 40 year old faucet. I found one that fit, but the escutcheon and handle did not fit. We compromised and I have a temporary fix and the water is back on. I will do some research to see if I can resolve the fit problem. If I need more help, I will call.
