Master Plumbing

Unfortunately my experience was not that great. I called about my toilet was slow draining but the rest of my house drained fine, this was on a Monday. They came and went under my house to check it out that day. 2 men came the next day to clear drain but only managed to plug my toilet completely, so totally unusable. I have a single bathroom home. I had to wait until Friday for them to come back to attempt again to clear, with a small amount of plumbing under my toilet. Still unable to fix. I was told I needed a whole new line to city main and would receive a quote. Finally, Monday late afternoon, I called and asked for a manager and expressed my frustration. I later went under my house and found a huge break in my sewer line. The service manager and the original service man came the next day, they were able to replace the clogged broken pipe and sent a Camara down to find the rest of the line was in great shape all the way to city main. Anthony is a super person and did a terrific job in cleaning our septic tank. Will definitely be calling Master Plumbing in three years when we need a redo.

We had a water softener replaced and Makayla did a wonderful job. She is really pleasant and easy to work with and explains things well and if she doesn't know the answer she calls her manager who is also very pleasant.
