Specifically Jerry who helped us twice in one week: a pipe leak and replacement and under the sink disposal that was a hot mess. Appointment speed and personality of technician were good. Unfortunately, technician got camera stuck in our pipes, meaning we suddenly had no plumbing. We had to stop everything we were doing, dismantle a deck, dig/ jackhammer out the pipe to retrieve the camera, replace the pipe and put plumbing back together. RR was more concerned about retrieving their camera, there was no compensation or discussion given to us for our inconvenience, which was VERY major. Would not call them again.

PHENOMENAL service. I came downstairs at 7AM to find my water heater had flooded in my garage. I called two places using emergency after-hours numbers and was turned away before I called Roto Rooter and they said they would get a team out immediately.They will be my FIRST call going forward! I received two calls from her throughout the day to give me updates which I was impressed by.
