TML Service Experts

We purchased hvac system maintenance contract with TML. We paid monthly payments for years. When needed service/part replacements, after work was completed (after many unsuccessful visits), we were advised by TML that costs were not covered by contract because it covered only air purification/humidifier unit that they sold us as add-on (during a service visit). The service associate who convinced us to go with contract did not represent it properly, and now TML has threatened lawsuit. Warner

Josh Ricketts our Service Technician with TML provided excellent service. He took his time with trouble shooting our air issue (lack of air upstairs) and didn’t give up until he found the problem. This is an issue we’ve asked other technicians about several times and was missed or blown off for over a year. Steven was extremely knowledgeable about what type and size of air conditioning unit that we needed. Dylan and Joe arrived at 8:30 am to install it. They completed the installation by 2:30 p.m. They worked in extremely hot temperatures and still finished earlier than expected. We are very happy with the new air conditioning unit!
