We purchased hvac system maintenance contract with TML. We paid monthly payments for years. When needed service/part replacements, after work was completed (after many unsuccessful visits), we were advised by TML that costs were not covered by contract because it covered only air purification/humidifier unit that they sold us as add-on (during a service visit). The service associate who convinced us to go with contract did not represent it properly, and now TML has threatened lawsuit. Warner
TML did a very nice job on our system. Communication was awesome and all the guys were very respectful of our house. System works great and all questions were answered.
TML has been our #1 heating and cooling go to for years and today was no different! Jose Rivera was on time, professional and serviced our Lennox AC unit, that they installed for us a few years ago, in a timely manner with no problems found!!! Thanks Jose for another awesome experience!! Denise
