Sam and other members of the support team had the most difficult part of my water main line repair in the foothills--digging around the main and every utility cable known to mankind. Job well done! I found him dedicated to the job and honest in his communications. However, I was disappointed in Wickstom's response time to start the job, their billing process which was not detailed, and no receipt for repairs so that I can get refund for my large water bills for many months. Helen and Rochelle were amazing at getting us scheduled for an ac issue on short notice at our business. Stewart kept me in the loop the whole time and explained what the issue was. Been using Wickstroms for years and will continue to use them for years to come.
