I had the pleasure of having Scott from Arctic Air come to my home to check on my AC system, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. We have been using Arctic Air for several years now. They replaced one of the units in our home and have provided maintenance for filters, etc for the last two years. Dean has been so professional, on time and willing to help in any way we might need. Would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I called and the ladies in the office where so nice and helpful! They gave me advice to see if I could get our AC working without them having to come out but told me if it didn't work they would put me on the schedule for the afternoon and to just call back. Unfortunately the fix did not work so we called them out. The tech arrived right on time and explained everything to us. We had to get a new part for our AC but to our surprise it was very reasonably priced and he also had it on the truck so we got our air up and running ASAP! Also he serviced our unit and was so professional and took his time and made sure that it was done right. AJ was amazing and this company is GREAT! I highly recommend to call them with your HVAC needs! Thanks again for the quick and wonderful experience in a time that was pretty stressful for us!
