Ron is very nice and followed through with his promises. The actual job went well and the guys did a great job on our re-roof. It looks wonderful and it's nice to have the relief of it being done. The only two issues were when the job was complete even though there were tarps put down, the workers left a lot of nails on the ground. That was one thing I was concerned with in the beginning since we have small dogs. We used a magnet and picked up two handfuls of nails just in the front yard alone. I also got a nail out of the mouth of one of my dogs. The other issue was the gal in the office. I had called the office on three occasions with concerns. The gal acted as though she didn't care and had no desire to help. Hence, one of the concerns was finally handled by the foreman here and the other one was handled by a nice young man who answered the phone when the gal wasn't in.
