Paid them $650 to remove and replace a drain line. Like all the others. He couldnt communicate or show up when promised. Then when they were done the leaking problem we called them for in the first place wasnt resolved it took him 10 days to responde. Then after finally showing up they fixed the problem and he sent me a bill for $85 when they sgould have done it right the first time.
My roommate hired these guys to unclog a toilet in our basement. He didn't come when he said he would (took another two days). Paid $50 for the 'unclog' with a promised emailed receipt... which we are still waiting on two weeks later. Moreover, toilet is clogged again and has been since 48hrs after he came by. Have contacted for them to come over again but they haven't. Will be going with their competitor who I have had good experiences with in the past. If you want a good plumber use All Star Plumbing (which I will be) or A1 Plumbing. Royal Flush is a joke.
Called Steve on Tuesday morning to come fix a shut-off valve to our washer before a new washer would be delivered on Friday. He assured my husband he would have it done before Friday. Called him late Wednesday, Thursday, left message. Called at 7:00 p.m. mail box full. Had to cancel delivery of washer and he never showed up or had the courtesy to call! We have never heard from him. Not too reliable! We are very disappointed that this happened! Should call if you won't do it or can't make it.
