C & K Roofing Inc

We had an unexpected leak in our roof. We called our home builder who said C&K Roofing did our roof when our home was built and to call them. The builder also informed us we were out of warranty (apparently GreenStone “overrides” the vendor warranties for the companies who participate in building their homes, restricting warranty on our roof to a single year - I know most roofs are 20-30 year, I’m sure C&K Roofing under normal circumstances is no different). Anyways, Derek came out, checked us out, caulked some cracked vents in our roof until he could get out a couple weeks later to do a permanent repair, kept in touch with follow ups on scheduling, and admitted they have had quite a few problems with the vent parts used on our home. His boss approved our repairs at no cost which is awesome and greatly appreciated given the limited warranty. This could have totally gone the other way. We appreciate the honesty and the service. This morning, driving south on Highway 95 from Sagle towards Hayden. I was nearly ran off the road by a CNK roofing pick up driver. No way of apology. No flashing of lights indicate they were sorry. If this is how they treat drivers on the road, you can imagine how they might treat their clients.

Decent place for any guy to work. Good staff and good people. They do good work to.
