Purchased Glacier vanity product at Home Depot in Liberty Lake, Washington for $249.00. Arrived home and found the same vanity on line at Home Depot for $189.00. Went to local Home Depot store in Coeurdalene, Idaho to get the online price for the product and was told Home Depot has a policy that does not price match its own products online......WHAT???? Returned the proprietary Glacier vanity to the local Home Depot store in Coeurdalene, Idaho for a $249.00 refund and ordered the same vanity online for $189.00. Received the proprietary Home Depot Glacier vanity about three weeks later and brought it home only to find the vanity to be defective. Returned the proprietary Glacier vanity to the local Coeurd alene Home Depot store and requested the same vanity be sent over from the Liberty Lake, Washington store approximately 20 miles away and was informed that Home Depot has a policy that does not allow products to be transferred from store to store.....WHAT???? Called Home Depot Cooperate
Disappointed so far trying to order carpet from HD. Paid over $83 for someone to come out and measure. They did awesome but have ordered two samples of carpet and both time the sample is the wrong one. Called to try and remedy the situation and was told all I could do is order another sample. What makes you think the third time will be different? What makes me think if I actually ordered carpet it would be the right one? This has been a waste of my time and money. Should not have been hard to contact your warehouse and let them know the samples they are sending out are wrong.
Delivered the wrong carpet... twice. Then took a month to refund our money. Terrible "expediter" and communication throughout the entire process. Managers all repeat the mantra, "Theres nothing we can do."
