Pillar, Heating Air Appliance Repair

I contacted Pillar for a repair on our PTAC wall unit which stopped working. Although the unit itself turned out to be unfixable, Pillar went out of their way to do all they could to try and fix it for us. The whole team was very professional, friendly and helpful. When we realized we needed to replace the unit, they were there to recommend the best one for our needs and installed it quickly for us. We have AC again just in time for summer's hot weather!
