RC WORST Has managed our neighborhood septic system for many years. Our system went down yesterday and they had us back up and running right away. Good people and good service.
Our lakehouse septic pump needed an emergency inspection & repair last week. Ethan and Chris from RC Worst arrived after a full day on a commercial project. Within 24 hours, they sourced required parts, conducted the repair, and tested to ensure the system was running as it should be. This was nothing short of miraculous, given the quick turn around on the required parts, and conducted the installation after-hours for two consecutive days. Absolutely exceptional service - above and beyond by any measure.
Great service! Received my order within 4 days. I should have ordered from RC Worst from the get go. I'll never make that mistake again. Before ordering from RC Worst, I ordered from another website and received a nonfunctional septic pump and ended having to contact my credit card company for a charge back because the returns department gave me the run around.
