Very informative. Bonnie in the office was very helpful.
After hitting a road block while installing a smart thermostat I gave up and decided to call a professional. When I called Dusty I was fully expecting $100+ for a service call. after I explained what my issue was he took about 5 minutes to walk me through it over the phone and problem solved. Excellent customer service I'll defiantly use him in the future.
The tech was polite and knowledgeable and willing to explain any issues. I will keep this card!
