We are completely blown away by the experience we had with Dodd roofing - from start to finish they were friendly, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and completely professional. We knew we needed a new roof, but had been putting it off due to feeling like we couldn’t afford it. They came and did an inspection and then helped us file an insurance claim for damage caused by wind storms. Our insurance ended up covering the cost of the full roof replacement and we never would have known this was even an option of it wasn’t for Dodd roofing. The entire process was smooth and they made sure it was very easy on our part. They were able to replace our roof in one day and it turned out amazing! I love supporting a small, Local business and know we could not have gotten the same amazing customer service anywhere else. They truly made us feel Like family and I HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing needs!
I cannot say enough good things about this Dodd Roofing! From the the very beginning Mike Dodd was on top of it! They communicated very clearly, replied to all insurance claims and worked diligently with my insurance company, all while relaying all info and steps to me. They were exceptional in all their cleanup, very quick and the final product looks amazing!!! If you are in search of a new roof look no further! 10 stars if I could give ‘em that!
