We had a clogged main line late Friday night so decided to have someone come out Saturday morning. Travis arrived and immediately figured out what the issue was. Pricing was reasonable and worth it to us. I like that when the plumber is on their way, you receive a picture and description of them for safety reasons! After calling several different plumbing companies late Friday night, Master Rooters was the only one who seemed accommodating and kind and even offered to send someone out that same night (even though we decided to wait until morning). We’d definitely use this company again!

Jim replaced a leaking outdoor hose bib for us about a year ago. We were fortunate to have him back to replace the other two this summer. He arrived early (contacted us to make sure it was OK), completed the job quickly and professionally. He was courteous and did an excellent job!
