Master, Plumbing’s technician, Scott, did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional and courteous. He took care of our issues and explained thoroughly to us why we are experiencing the problems we were having. We also appreciate the rapid response!.
Our assigned technician, Steve, was courteous and efficient. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and explained the fix that needed to take place. Steve was gracious with his time by allowing me to ask some questions regarding how he started out in the plumbing industry. My oldest son has expressed interest in plumbing as a trade, and Steve passed along some helpful advice. The fact that he took the time to answer some questions when I'm sure his schedule was busy spoke volumes regarding his level of customer care and professionalism.
