Awesome customer service. Hunter Johns came out to our house this morning in Kuna and was very helpful. He helped fix our shower that has been leaking. He was super friendly and easy to work with. We had a clogged main line late Friday night so decided to have someone come out Saturday morning. Travis arrived and immediately figured out what the issue was. Pricing was reasonable and worth it to us. I like that when the plumber is on their way, you receive a picture and description of them for safety reasons! After calling several different plumbing companies late Friday night, Master Rooters was the only one who seemed accommodating and kind and even offered to send someone out that same night (even though we decided to wait until morning). We’d definitely use this company again!
Our assigned technician, Steve, was courteous and efficient. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and explained the fix that needed to take place. Steve was gracious with his time by allowing me to ask some questions regarding how he started out in the plumbing industry. My oldest son has expressed interest in plumbing as a trade, and Steve passed along some helpful advice. The fact that he took the time to answer some questions when I'm sure his schedule was busy spoke volumes regarding his level of customer care and professionalism. Steve is an asset to your organization. I would highly recommend Master Plumbing. A professional experience. From my initial call to the completion of the work. Thank you!
