The workmen was polite when I asked questions and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the answers. Smart Roofing is a family owned business.. My roof really looks great, done in 1/2 a day. They also replaced boards on my Facia. Scott the owner personally came to my house & gave me a free estimate for both. Also came out when the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

He called back the same day and scheduled a consultation visit. We had a great time getting to know Scott and his wife during the visit. Scott asked pertinent questions as we went along and presented all our options. The final estimate was right in the ballpark for our budget! Scott was great about communicating with us during the process of purchasing the materials for our roof, so there were no hidden surprises. The roof was done in one day by his excellent crew. They arrived and started work promptly at 8am and worked till the job was done, then cleaned the entire yard. Our new roof looks, well, awesome!
