Cliff came out to inspect roof and provide an estimate. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thoroughness with the inspection of the roof and his explanation of what he saw - this included the photos he took of roof and attic space. He took his time showing the materials they use and why. At no time did I feel like I was given a sales pitch or feel pressured. It was more of an education which made me feel comfortable and confident in making an informed decision. Cliff spoke highly of Three Brothers and their integrity. I can see Cliff demonstrates integrity too, stellar customer service, as well. Also, it did not go unnoticed how his business shirt was clean and pressed. This tells me he pays attention to the small details. If he is paying attention to the small things then he is paying attention to the important things. I have had the pleasure of working for this company as well as seeing the work get done to make the customer experience the best it can possibly be. This company is willing to go the extra mile that no other remodeling company can go. Three brothers offers the warranties like the big companies with the pricing of a small business. I've not seen better work, materials, and customer service in any other company in idaho and honestly this company is by far the best company I've ever been a part of. All in all three brothers has got your back better than any other company

So far, not so great experience. We had one of their guys come over to do a quote on new siding for our home. We went through the application process to get a loan on it and was approved. They even had people come out to look at the job….BUT- I have reached out several times over the past 3 weeks and have not gotten a single response. I don’t know what’s going on- if they are doing the job or not! I reached out to our sales guy and to the company in meridian with no answer. Second guessing using them for the project if I can’t get a single yes or no answer!
