Purchased a home where Icon Air did the inspection on the AC unit, which said the unit was operational. The weather started getting warmer so we kicked on the AC unit and as luck would have it, it was hardly working. I mean running for 13 hours a day and barely keeping the temperature at 80 degrees. I called Icon and explained the situation and they came out that same week at did a complete run down of my AC unit making sure everything was clean and operational. Plus the did not charge me a dime. Repair man was super helpful giving us the run down of what happened and a few pointers along the way. Very happy with my experience with Icon!
Bad attitude and rude staff never again I am a woman of color and they where very disrespectful Services: A/C system maintenance, Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation
John came out on a Friday night before the 4th of July weekend. Spent hours fixing my AC, had to drive out to get parts and turned my 98° home back down to living conditions. This man came in with his head lamp and amazing attitude to save the night. I owe him my sanity which I was losing that night. First world problems handled. ♡♡
