I was in the process of selling my home when we had a major hailstorm that required a new roof one week before the closing. I had my house and garage resided by ABC. Was an absolute nightmare. From trucks parked in my lawn over my recently repaired sewer line, to ripping my fiberoptic internet down and walking all over it under torn off siding, twice. They told me 3 days, just before Thanksgiving. Took 6 days, over Thanksgiving and was still not done correctly. The biggest issue after the mess was said and done, was the caulk. Absolutely awful. They had someone come to fix it, shown in the photos, first white caulk, the fix was grey caulk. When I wasn't ok with that, they said they would make it right after I contacted the owner, Mark. From 12/4 until 1/20, I heard from no one. Then March 17th, they told me someone would be there to redo the caulk in 2 days. The job was finished, 4 months after the start of the job (I do understand the weather but if it had been done right the first time, or the second time,wouldn't have been an issue.
