Set appointment for 9 AM on a Tuesday five days prior to the appointment. The day before the appointment, I confirmed with the owner who said that he would be there at 9 AM on that Tuesday the day of the appointment, never received a call or text stating that they would be late around 11 AM on Tuesday was told that they would be there at 12:30 PM. by 1:15 PM, they never showed up. Complete incompetence and horrific communication. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and doing everything in my power to put this company out of business.

Affordable plumbing provided service to us about 10 days ago in. replacing Kitchen faucet that was leaking. We had purchased Delta premium faucet and asked them to install. The replacement was inaccurate and the associates did not test the faucet after installation. They rushed out with our new faucet box with tools and accessories. We contacted them many times and many text messages were sent. Everyday promises were made to deliver the box. The new faucet was leaking from the hub as it was not tightened. Follow-up with this company is impossible and not respectable at all. Very bad experience. Do NOT Recommend this vendor for any plumbing. Absolutely disappointing and work was not completed. Incompetent and rude owner and staff. Service: Faucet installation
