Jon and Antonio did a great job! They replaced an old 50 gal water heater with a new one (Bradford White) in less than two hours! Fair price compared to other local services! I highly recommend Andersen Plumbing and Heating! Service: Water heater installation
Above and beyond excellency! I worked with Jon Z and was a truly superb. The day of our consultation he arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. On that day he first looked at and measured the a/c and furnace units. He then politely asked if we could sit down and discuss the kinds of units they carry and pricing. Throughout that conversation, he was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I appreciated his patience with me in deciding which item to choose. The next day he arrived promptly for the installation and was very professional. He laid out a tarp as to not track dirt on my floor as well as wearing covers on his shoes. He again walked me through everything he would be doing and was respectful to ask me if I wouldn't mind having my humidifier removed. He was immensely sufficient in his work and professionalism. He even finished earlier than expected and everything looked and worked great. I cannot say enough about Jon Z and the Andersen company. I
My capacitor blew on labor day a 90+° day, I made a call they told me they had 24 hr service, but I declined and then Erin was able to get me an appointment for the following day, and was able to work with my work schedule. Jon and Sam showed up on time, fixed my a/c quickly. They were great and very knowledgeable. Gave me some advice to do as a homeowner. Highly recommend. Thank you all!!
