Buchner Heating and Air is a cut above. We were stuck with an alternative HVAC company from West Chicago for a project and boy did we regret it. We have used Buchner for over a decade to keep our furnace and A/C humming along. The old furnace kept going way beyond its years and I attribute that to the regular tune-ups we received from Buchner. When the furnace finally met it’s demise last month, we got a quote-which was fair-for a new Carrier unit. We recognized the techs who came to install it and they were professional, knowledgeable and easy to interact with…it was low stress even though they were at our house for several hours. Buchner repaired our old system about 4 yes ago. We liked thier service so much within a month we had them install a whole new system and update our ducting. Since then we have only had 2 minor issues and they took care of them quickly. Highly recommend them.
