The professionalism was unmatched! The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired! The previous company I called had jury rigged an electrical connection on my air conditioner which was shorting out on the frame of the unit. This could have created a fire in my household! I was very happy and satisfied with the repair results from Franzen Heating & Cooling. The lesson I learned was that it matters who does your repairs. I had a new air conditioner installed and the technicians Jason (and I forgot other guys name) sorry… but both techs were very polite, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked. They cleaned up afterwards, explained the papers were all in the envelope he handed me with serial numbers… and emailed the receipt. I was very happy with their work and will use them in the future if I have any problems. They even liked and played with my dog! Service: Install AC

We recently had our Air Conditioning Unit checked out by Franzen Heating & Cooling. Turns out the compressor needed replacement. Franzen H&C was quick to handle the situation, verified the warranty, & replaced the compressor. So far so normal right? Well, let me tell you, we love businesses that appreciate their clientele & Franzen certainly does. From Jason Berry in the office to Shawn McNeela out in the field for installation, all was a welled oiled machine that ran like clockwork. We were kept in the "know" from arrival times, estimates, & explanations of each step of the service, to a call back to say thank you. There are certainly businesses that just want your money.
