I had a new air conditioner installed and the technicians Jason (and I forgot other guys name) sorry… but both techs were very polite, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked. They cleaned up afterwards, explained the papers were all in the envelope he handed me with serial numbers… and emailed the receipt. I was very happy with their work and will use them in the future if I have any problems. They even liked and played with my dog! Service: Install AC

This company was the best HVAC company I worked with in the Chicagoland area. Highly responsive and great service at a much more affordable price compared to other companies. I needed a new unit for my condo, and unfortunately the manufacturer was not producing new units. I went two months waiting with other HVAC companies to get a new unit. After much waiting, I decided to give Franzen a try. They were relentless in trying to find the unit I needed and were able to secure one within a week of calling them. The unit was installed just before temperatures rised to the 90's. Amazing job!
