Miguel who helped me start the process with my claim and made sure everything was done right professionally from start to finish. Xochitl another Global team member was very helpful & nice with any questions I had . While doing the roof they noticed something with my vent Conection from the bathroom notified me about the issue and took care of it. Also the work crew where professional Courteous . There was one area that needed to be touched up , when I brought it up to Miguel who made sure it was taken care of ASAP and told me that Global takes pride in the work they do ! I’m happy with my midnight plum roof , gutters and spouts , also painted deck.

The people who replaced my roof were incredibly efficient and obviously experts I’ve never had a roof replaced before, but I’d had five houses built over the years. I sat outside and watch ed them work. Everything they did was exactly as it should be. They even cleaned my yard better than I left it. I was more than pleased with the office staff at global because they took care of everything I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company other than tell them that I wanted global to represent me.
