The people who replaced my roof were incredibly efficient and obviously experts I’ve never had a roof replaced before, but I’d had five houses built over the years. I sat outside and watch ed them work. Everything they did was exactly as it should be. They even cleaned my yard better than I left it. I was more than pleased with the office staff at global because they took care of everything I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company other than tell them that I wanted global to represent me. Global Exterior Experts did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. They explained everything in detail of the process. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Super happy with Global! Their whole team is amazing from helping you through insurance claims, to answering all the may questions I had, and to the final install as well. The crew(s) on sight were so polite, careful, hard-working, and did a great job cleaning the yard too. I can’t think of anything I’d change as they made the entire process easy and smooth.
