Call them at 7:00 in the morning told him my water heater was out told him what part I needed ask him to order it for me and set up an appointment to put it in he said yes he would do that tried to contact him the rest of the day nothing still to this day and that's been almost a week ago have not heard from them left me hanging with no hot water as cold as it is don't use this company

Joels and Son went above and beyond. They were able to fix our AC on one of those 100 plus degree days we had this spring. Greatful they were available to help us out. Honest and dependable, don't look further.

Joel was professional, extremely timely, knowledgable and trust worthy. He was done within 15 minutes (of course, this will be on a case by case basis - our particular situation was simply small).
