Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We called because we and an ejector pump failure in our newly bought house that ruined our carpet. They (Sarai and Alejandro) came same day and worked with us on price. We were able to get everything replaced the same day. They also had an on-site water restoration team (Steve) to give insight on how to replace the carpet and handled the insurance claims process for us. So glad we made the decision to go with them.

Had a back up in my bathtub on a Sunday and Matt came out right away! Super professional and very nice. He helped me get the clog out and also gave me tips for the future. Would recommend and would use this company again Service: Drain cleaning

Unfortunately I don’t leave reviews often but it has to be known, you CANNOT pay cash with this business. I had a service technician named Donovan whom was great, write me an estimate that included camera service and drain cleaning, called back a few weeks later to get the service done, only to have no camera service due to a technician being on a back injury, understandably. I paid the $664 bill with $700 cash, told the technician, whom was not Donovan , but can’t remember his name, to keep the change as a tip. Days later I call back for camera service, only to realize that they discounted my bill to $400, which is not what I paid. The technician didn’t steal from me, but stole from his own company / team. Service was done on 6/21/23 and as of today 7/10/23 I am being told there is nothing that they are willing to do, other than offer camera service for an additional $600+ when I was told it was included in the initial price.
